YOGA, Upper Body and Arms strength


Esther shows you a sequence you can do a few times a week to strengthen your upper body and arms. Yoga becomes more fun and certain poses easier accessible with a strong body.

    I LOVE this one! I am a 22 year old man, was yoga on and off-f? R the last few years and I finally Gef? Hl, I have found years teaching methods that ambitious target is appropriate.
