How To Start Meditation With Mala


Mahamandaleshwar Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda, founder of Yoga in Daily Life system explains according to ancient indian tradition the meaning of the mala and how to use it ,also why using a meditation shawl and how to prepare for meditation. A mala ( garland ) is a set of 108 beads commonly used to count mantras during meditation. Swamiji recommends to use a rudraksha beads mala because of its great benefit also on the body.     This is a fact that 108 MOST mala beads contain. Gelchen thesis mala K? Are Buddhist and Hindu by religion to Z? Select the mantras used fear.
