Guided Meditation: Psalm 139 – Experience God’s Promises


Hello, and welcome. I am Richard Nongard, and many of you may have viewed my other videos teaching the techniques of mediation or relaxation. It is amazing to me that medical science is finally recognizing that the techniques of meditation on God’s promises, that so many have found to be healing and affirming , can be used to restore balance and health in a busy world. As you listen to this audio session, you will find my instructions for relaxation, wellness and using the power of the subconscious mind to be based in the science of wellness. Stress reduction; using methods of physical relaxation can be very useful in training a person to overcome difficult emotions like anger, hurt or fear. These same methods promote healing in the body, and have been demonstrated to increase immune function and promote wellness. Using methods of relaxation, breathing and concentration also allow us to tap into one of the greatest gifts God has given us, the power of the subconscious mind. Our subconscious mind is that part of the mind that retains information and knowledge, and meditating on God’s promises prepares one to be able to use these truths at anytime, even times of stress, by making them a part of who we are as people. The purpose of this audio is simple, to give you a resource to handle life difficulties based on the principles of wellness and the promises of God.
