Hello, and welcome. I am Richard Nongard, and many of you may have viewed my other videos teaching the techniques of mediation or relaxation. It is amazing to me that medical science is finally recognizing that the techniques of meditation on God’s promises, that so many have found to be healing and affirming , can be used to restore balance and health in a busy world. As you listen to this audio session, you will find my instructions for relaxation, wellness and using the power of the subconscious mind to be based in the science of wellness. Stress reduction; using methods of physical relaxation can be very useful in training a person to overcome difficult emotions like anger, hurt or fear.
