Yuna Kim ♥ 2010 ATSS “Meditation from Thais”
[The Official Yu-Na Kim Channel] 2010 All That Skate Summer Yuna Kim’s graceful gala program – Meditation from Thais
How is sleep different from meditation?
Sleep and meditation are both instances where our minds isolate our minds from the surroundings we are in. Is our mind conscious or aware of what is going on when we are meditating. I am a little confused on that.
Kinda philosophy but a bit R&S: Do you believe there is a mind separate from our body?
I don’t for some reason which places me in a materialism/physics view of reality with us as creatures composed of just the body. Isn’t mind simply the word we give to our nervous system in its entirety?
Is it okay to take a yoga class tonight if I’m still sore from a previous workout?
Yesterday was my first day back to the gym in a few months, and my arms, chest, shoulders, and thighs are pretty sore. I was thinking of taking a yoga class tonight, however, I’ve been reading that you should not work sore muscles. Would Yoga be considered inappropriate even though it mostly consists of stretching?
What benefits will I get from regularly attending yoga classes?
I just left my first yoga class and feel amazing – good mood, less tense – is that all possible from just one hour session or is it in my head? I can’t wait to go back, and am planning on going 3 times a week. What are some other benefits to this routine? Will I lose weight?
