Christina Mroz is a health coach whose passion is to help women live a healthier life.

Each day Christina tries to live out her own life of health while helping other's establish theirs.  Here is a look at Christina's life of balance.

Mind: I enjoy enriching my mind through reading, continued learning, scripture, prayer, and trying new things.

Body: I seek balance in my body by exercising daily, eating nutritious meals, and planning time for rest and relaxation.  I am a certified Holy Yoga and Pilates Instructor.  I am also an Arthritis Exercise Instructor and lead instructor for Fit City Wabasha

Soul: Each day I try to find time for meditation and prayer. Daily interaction with my family, friends, and husband/daughter also balance my soul. These relationships bring great joy and intimacy to my life.

I began my journey to health coaching several years ago.  I was trying to find what I really wanted in life.  Now each day I am able to do what I really desire--help other people live a healthier life.
 
I am the owner and creator of Complete Motions, which specializes in Wellness, Coaching, Holy Yoga, and Pilates.  I have been teaching yoga for over 7 years and Pilates for over 3 years.  I also have a background in personal training, group training, weight lifting, nutrition, and group exercise.
