What religions/movements use meditation as a main practice?

Besides Buddhism in most of it’s forms, what other religions or religious movements use meditation as a foundation, or a main practice?

I find I’m very spiritually aware when doing meditation, and wondered if there were any religious schools of thought that could give validity to this experience.
