Philosophical Realism and the Mind-Body Problem?

Does realism say that the mind exist separately from the body? What are their views on it? What about anti-realists?
Are anti-realists the same as idealistics? Are they more idealistic?

    A r? Recogn t be realistic that the eye is a company? – It consists of several parts, which is composed as tout.Donc the spirit of a separate part of the body K, but without one of them, you w not you rate?.
