OMG! A Spirituality Question! Does anyone know some good Ki/Chi/Qi exercises or meditation techniques?

Hi, I’m just wondering if anyone knows some good exercises or meditation techniques for improving one’s ability to sense and control the flow of Ki within and around them.

I already know about 5 different breathing exercises and a basic meditation technique, I’m just curious if anyone knows of any that are more beneficial than others.

Please don’t give me links to google searches as I can do that on my own. I’m asking this question for people that have personal experience with developing the ability to sense and control the flows of Ki.
