meditation techniques had lately fail… any idea why?

I’m a person that since quiet some time I had been meditating, even different techniques, doing yoga, etc. For me worked perfect for stress relief and find a better solution to my problems, any problem how to do it my body relaxed easy my mind focus in blank and I was able to concentrate in the meditation successfully.

This past weekend I had a very bad weekend fighting with my boyfriend a lot (almost ending the relationship and move to another place) …. because of the fight I got so depressed and some friends offered weed for smoke, I didn’t do more than a couple of shoots really but I really never smoke, I don’t really blame this I just include this as a possible reason.

Anyway is almost a week and is time that I have not been able to concentrate in a meditation at all, thought of any kind pop up and catch my attention, plus anxiety …. I don’t know what to do… I need to release the stress meditating … but I just CAN’T focus ….is like I just suddenly I lost my precious gift…… any idea what happens and how to reverse it?

Im getting crazy without being able to meditate :(
