If living, human, being describes the essence mind, body, soul and God is omniscient, omnipotent, & omnipresent…
then, how does the concept of the Holy Trinity fit in? Which is the essence and which is the existence of God. Can this concept people who do not believe in Christianity or the Holy Trinity change their perspective?
Even other religions believe we are created in God’s image. John Locke said, “From the consideration of ourselves and what we infallibly find in our constitution our reason leads us to the knowledge of this certain and evident truth — That there is an eternal, most powerful, and most knowing being.” When we consider a doctor treats the body, a psychiatrist the mind, and a priest the soul the three parts of a person demostrates man is not only created in the image of God but created in the image of the Holy Trinity! This is self-evident. It is only those who are blind that do not recognize this truth.
This concept can further be examined in many other ways: the creative process — physical, mental, and spiritual; cooking — recipe, raw ingredients, cooking the meal; construction — blueprints, raw material, and craftsmanship; government — legistative (mental) makes law, executive (physical) enforces law, and judicial (spiritual)interprets law. There are many other examples. Is is any coincidence only the 3rd planet has life? If you ever see the movie SIGNS with Mel Gibson it demonstrates the difference between those who believe and those who do not.
