I developed a cardiovascular work out. What are it’s effects on the human body soul and mind?
Okay, I’ve developed a workout I want to put in effect. Its not only physical but mental as well. It involves really intense, upbeat, rock n roll, music for 45 minutes straight while jogging on the street. But, my cool down will involve really relaxing, depressing, classical solo piano music. I will do this every other morning at 5:15 a.m. to 6. (To watch the sunrise) The mornings in-between I have developed a safe and effective stretching routine.
What effect does this have on the human body/soul/mind?
Also I’m a 19 year old male and know how to play piano and some guitar riffs. Can my mind make a connection in associative ways to get a more intense work out? HAHAHAA the energy I gather from typing this is beyond me. I’ve created solid gold!
