How to get a toned yet feminine body?

I’m still in my teens but am looking for exercise/diet tips to get my body in top shape. I have limited time but am willing to work hard for an ideal body. Please keep in mind that it is hard to get rare, expensive, organic foods or make advanced foods with dozens of steps.
I’m looking for good, easy workout & food tips!
