I mean seriously… All it is is extreme stretching and a chance to be calm & relaxed. Why is it Demonic? Because it allows you to explore your own spirituality rather than accepting what a middle-man minister tells you only so he can make money? All Christians that believe yoga is demonic, pleaseee tell me why you believe that. I honestly want to know how it is, someone explain it.
