How can a nonphysical mind produce physical changes in the body?

if the mind produces this changes in the body…can the mind produce them outside the body?

(physical changes like movement and stuff)
So… our mind is just a bunch of chemical reactions?
Could we… you know make this chemical reactions artificially with some sort of ???? (dunno what) and make of every person a genious or a saint or something else!!??
And regarding the quantum theory…impresive I must say… but how does the quantum theory explain that this chemical reactions that are our mind affect our reality? sorry about the extra questions but I would like to know about the subject
